Courses

Our School is renowned for our remarkable achievements by our alumni and the outstanding international visibility of our research.

We take pride in our pursuit of excellence both in teaching and research while providing service to the community and the profession.

Undergraduate courses

At the undergraduate level, we offer two fully accredited Bachelor of Engineering courses that lead to a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.

These courses are designed to equip students with up-to-date scientific knowledge and engineering skills in all aspects of their chosen area of specialisation.

Postgraduate courses

At the postgraduate level, we offer coursework and research opportunities, including a Master of Engineering Science or a PhD degree by research.

Most of the research projects are strongly linked with industrial needs and funded in large part by industry as well as various departments of the state and federal governments.
