Welcome to Civil and Resource Engineering Undergraduate Computer Laboratory

(28/7/2008) Welcome back to semester 2.

If you have used the lab during semester 1 2008 you can continue using the same login and password until the end of semester 2 2008. If you are enrolled in one or more of our units but never used the lab before a new account has been created for you in the following format:

Username: Your UWA assigned username (eg the smithp01 one)
Password:  Your student number
Login domain: LAB

You will be asked to change the password at your first logon. Your new password must be 8 characters or longer. Contact IT Support at ext 1341 or email support@civil.uwa.edu.au if you can not log in using your UWA assigned username and your student number.

If you commence your second year Civil or Minging Engineering program for the first time in 2008 you may be eligible for a brand new free Toshiba laptop sponored by the UWA Civil Engineering Futures Foundation or BHP Billiton Iron Ore. More info can be found at:

(30/08/2007) Starting from Semester 2 2007 free print quota will be allocated to students enrolled in Civil and Resource Engineering's level 2, 3 and 4 units.  The current quota is:

25 pages or $2.75 per level 2 and 3 unit
50 pages or $5.50 per level 4 unit

Please note the print quota is semester based. Any unused quota will NOT roll over to next semester. New quota will be set at the beginning of each semester based on your enrolment data.

Once you have used up your free quota you will need to pay if you want to print more before new quota is allocated
