Become a Member or Sponsor of the Futures Foundation

Complete the following form to become a member or sponsor and support the UWA Civil Engineering Futures Foundation.

Memberships and Sponsorships attract GST, but may be claimed back as an operating expense.
For Memberships and Sponsorships, GST will be applied to the total committed per annum and a Tax Invoice will be sent to you for your payment upon submission and receipt of this form, and in each subsequent year a Tax Invoice will automatically be sent on the anniversary of your payment.
Payment of Tax Invoices should be made by cheque payable to "The University of Western Australia".
