The Toshiba Satellite Pro A120, issued in 2007, is covered by a three-year international parts and labour warranty. Recipients of the A120 should fill in the extended warranty card, which allows the laptop to be booked in for warranty service without proof of purchase.
The Australian warranty includes complimentary courier pick-up and return service.

The one-year warranty only covers hardware faults. Software related problems, such as virus/spyware infections, software conflicts, and the like, are not covered. You will need to seek professional help at your own costs to fix any software related problems.
